SCIENTIFIC - INFORMATION JOURNAL «BULLETIN OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN»

    The scientific and information journal «Bulletin of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tajikistan» is published in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on periodical press and other mass media.

   The journal was established in 2009. Its founder is the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tajikistan. The journal is registered with the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan and holds a certificate of state registration as a periodical publication.

   The journal is a subscription-based periodical of the Constitutional Court and is distributed both within the Republic of Tajikistan and abroad. The «Bulletin of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tajikistan» is published with the aim of promoting the development of constitutionalism, the state system of legal information, providing clarification of the fundamental provisions of legislation, and publishing legal, informational, and analytical materials. The journal is issued no fewer than four times a year.

   The journal publishes materials in the following legal academic specializations:

1. Theoretical and Historical Legal Sciences (specialty: 5.1.1);
2. Public Law (State Law) Sciences (specialty: 5.1.2);
3. Private Law (Civil Law) Sciences (specialty: 5.1.3).

   The journal has an International Standard Serial Number (ISSN 3107-247X).

   The journal is included in the List of Peer-Reviewed Journals and Publications of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan. It is also indexed in the analytical database — the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI).
