WELCOME TO THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE SCIENTIFIC INFORMATION JOURNAL «BULLETIN OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN»

   According to article 83 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tajikistan» dated July 26, 2014, No. 1083, the official publication of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tajikistan is the «Bulletin of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tajikistan».

   The first issue of the scientific-informational journal «Bulletin of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tajikistan» was published in 2009, and its content began with a quotation from a speech by the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and included articles by judges of the Constitutional Court and other judicial and law-enforcement bodies, scholars, specialists and legal practitioners, as well as acts of the Constitutional Court and materials reflecting its professional activities.

   The scientific-informational journal «Bulletin of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tajikistan» is published at least four times a year with the aim of promoting the development of constitutionalism, the system of state legal information, explaining the main provisions of legislation, and publishing legal, informational, and analytical materials.

   The founder of the journal is the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tajikistan. The journal is registered with the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan and has been issued a registration certificate dated March 31, 2023, No. 280/МҶ-97.

  The scientific-informational journal «Bulletin of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tajikistan» publishes articles by the leadership, judges and staff of the Constitutional Court, as well as domestic and foreign scholars and researchers in tajik, russian, and english, along with judicial acts of the Constitutional Court.
